Lohae is primarily stocked in Australia and Hong Kong.
It is also available in select boutiques across Taiwan.

What are your sustainable swimwear fabrics made from?

Every piece of Lohae swimwear is crafted from recycled and sustainable fabrics sourced from Italy. We use ECONYL® yarn, a 100% regenerated nylon fiber made from nylon waste, including fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring, and industrial plastics

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days of receipt. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, along with an update and tracking number. For any questions about your order, please reach out to us at hello@lohae.au

When will you be restocking sold-out items?

All Lohae styles are handmade in limited quantities. However, we do occasionally restock some of our best sellers in limited sizes. To be notified when an item is back in stock, sign up for notifications on the product page.
To ensure you don't miss out, we recommend ordering as soon as possible

Can I return my order?

We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind, so please review our size guide carefully. However, we do offer returns for store credit. To return an item:

1. Ensure you return the items within 14 days of receipt.

2. Items must be in their original condition - unwashed, unworn, with original tags and hygiene stickers intact.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
